★ Liquid ammonia + ammonia water as reducing agent 
  
  With regard to ultra-low emission of large-sized supercritical or ultra supercritical boilers, ammonia is used as reducing agent for denitrification, ammonia preparation SNCR system with liquid ammonia first removes a certain proportion of NOx, with 20%-40%efficiency commonly; liquid ammonia is gasified to supply for SCR denitrification, reaching the ultralow emission requirement lower than 50mg/Nm³.
  Most of power stations have introduced SCR and ammonia regions, and been equipped with SNCR systems with ammonia water as reducing agent, with low operating cost due to saved space and simple process. Meanwhile, compared with the way of purchasing ammonia water, the way of preparing ammonia water with liquid ammonia has lower cost, high safety, and convenient transportation. 

 


 

★ Liquid ammonia+ urea solution as reducing agent

  With regard to ultra-low emission of large-sized supercritical or ultra supercritical boilers, SNCR system with urea as reducing agent first removes a certain proportion of NOx, commonly with 20%-40%efficiency;liquid ammonia is gasified to supply for SCR denitrification, reaching the ultralow emission requirement lower than 50mg/Nm³.
  SNCR systems with urea solution as reducing agent are equipped, because urea reducing agent is easy to get and transport. To construct two sets of systems respectively with liquid ammonia and urea as reducing agent is complicated, and causes higher operating and labor cost.
